1. Nature of this portal

This portal is created and maintained by Deepak Jain
as a customer information and updation system
related to Recurring Deposit (RD) accounts under the
India Post Office RD scheme.

This is not an official website of the Department of Posts / India Post.

The actual RD account, interest rate, rules and final records are maintained
by the respective Post Office where your RD account is opened.
2. Use of information shown on portal
-
Portal par dikhai gayi RD details (installments, due date, maturity, etc.)
ko hum bharpur koshish se sahi rakhte hain, lekin
final and legally valid record hamesha Post Office ke pass hota hai.

Kisi bhi discrepancy, doubt ya confusion ki situation me
aapko apne RD passbook ya Post Office record ko final manna hoga.

Yeh portal sirf facilitation and convenience ke liye hai,
koi legal statement of account nahi hai.
3. Payment and collection of RD installments
-
Hum aapke behalf par RD installment amount collect kar sakte hain
aur usse regular basis par Post Office RD account me deposit karte hain.

Hum aapke deposit ko personal use ya kisi aur investment ke liye
use nahi karte.

Har deposit ke baad aapko receipt / confirmation dene ki koshish ki jayegi
(as per our system and process).

Agar aap directly Post Office me payment karte hain,
to uska record Post Office ke pass hoga.
Aap hume uski information denge to hum apne records update kar sakte hain.
4. Accuracy of personal details

Aap zimmedar hain sahi naam, address, mobile number, Aadhaar, PAN, etc.
provide karne ke liye.

Agar aapke details change ho jaate hain (mobile, address, etc.),
to aap hume aur zarurat pade to Post Office ko bhi inform karein.
5. Login and security
-
Agar aapko is portal ka login diya gaya hai, to aap apne login details
(mobile, OTP, password, etc.) ko secure rakhne ke zimmedar hain.

Kisi third person ko apni login details share na karein.

Hum kisi unauthorized access, password leak, ya user ke khud ke device par
security issue ke liye zimmedar nahi honge.
6. Limitation of liability

Hum portal ko sahi chalane ki puri koshish karte hain, lekin
server issue, internet problem, technical glitch ke karan
temporary downtime ya delay ho sakta hai.

Kisi bhi tarah ka indirect loss, profit loss, ya consequential damages
ke liye hum zimmedar nahi honge jo is website ke use ya non-availability se ho sakta hai.

Final RD amount, interest, maturity value etc. ke liye
hamesha India Post / Post Office ke official record ko
hi final mana jayega.
7. Changes to services and terms

Hum apne process, website features, ya service ko kabhi bhi update,
modify ya temporarily suspend kar sakte hain.

Hum in Terms & Conditions ko bhi kabhi-kabhi update kar sakte hain.
Updated version isi page par publish ki jayegi with a new “Last updated” date.
8. Governing law
Ye terms India ke kanoon ke under governed hain.
Koi bhi dispute Etah / Awagarh ke appropriate jurisdiction me aayega,
jab tak applicable law kuch aur na kahe.
