This portal is created only for information, record maintenance and updation of customers’ Recurring Deposit (RD) details which are opened and maintained under the India Post Office RD scheme. This is not an official website of India Post.

Ye saari details aapke RD account ko Post Office me kholne aur maintain karne ke liye li jaati hain. Hum in details ka use sirf aapko record, reminder, receipt ya updation information dene ke liye karte hain.

Customer ki information hum offline records (files/register) aur zarurat par digital format (Excel / database / RD portal) me rakh sakte hain.

Hum aapke data ko unauthorized access se bachane ke liye reasonable steps lete hain, lekin internet par 100% security guarantee dena possible nahi hota. Aap apne login details, OTP, etc. kisi ke saath share na karein.

5. Sharing of information

We may share your details only in the following cases:

• With Post Office / India Post staff, as required to open or update your RD account.
• Where required by law, court order, or government authority.
• With you personally, when you request your own RD information.

We do not share your information with any private third party for marketing purposes.

Kabhi-kabhi rules, government guidelines, ya system me change ke wajah se hum is Privacy Policy ko update kar sakte hain. Updated version isi page par post ki jayegi with a new “Last updated” date.
